Why am I having trouble downloading when I use the web browser Chrome?

The current version of the web browser Chrome, has a version of Adobe Flash that doesn't detect the download player. This prevents the player from automatically downloading a title. To work around this issue, you can use a different web browser or manually start the player using the instructions below: For Windows: Got to the Target Ticket player icon OR find the application in the Start menu and manually start the player. For Mac OS Look for the Target Ticket player icon on your desktop OR from the finder, select Applications from the Go menu. Manually start the player.
